James S. Vaccaro is Chair, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Manasquan Bank, a multi-billion-dollar mutual bank founded in 1874 with 15 locations throughout Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties.  He serves as President of the National Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council (CDIAC) and represents the Second District on the Federal Reserve Bank of New York's CDIAC. A respected civic leader, Vaccaro is Vice Chair of RWJBarnabas Health and has chaired the New Jersey Bankers Association and the Visiting Nurses Association of Central New Jersey. He holds an economics degree from Ursinus College and a PMD certification from Harvard Business School.
